The 2018 China Contact Center & Big Data Conference hosted by Call Center and 51Callcenter (Call Center and BPO Information Website) was successfully held in International Convention Center located in Lujiazui, ShangHai, China during 18-19 April, 2018. The conference was unprecedented popular that the meeting hall was filled up. Attendees were from internet industry, financial industry, e-commerce, government etc., the majority of which were enterprise managers. Outside the conference hall, lots of people were visiting and interact at the exhibition area. Fanvil attended the grand meeting together with our partner Yuneasy, and has achieved successful completion.
